The Olivet Church Ministry structure is designed to move our congregation from MEMBERSHIP thru MATURITY to MINISTRY.Therefore the (3) M’s of our DISCIPLESHIP plan are:
MEMBERSHIP • MATURITY • MINISTRYWithin the three movements of our ministry structure there are seven ministries of which there are five categories and two axis ministries. The five categories are Worship, Nurture, Christian Education, Discipleship Development and Evangelism. These five represent our action ministries. The two axis ministries are Administration and Planning. Our axis ministry provide the balanced in which our action ministries do their labor. OUR MINISTRY STUCTURE is organized into (3) three movements. OUR MINISTRY MOVEMENTS are: (1) “Small enough to know you!” (2) “Big enough to grow you!” (3) “Care enough to show you!” Our intention is to provide a Church Home where you can be both “ministered to, and ministered through”. “The difference is worth the distance” |
